So I'm really interested in how to get around this error. I still think this is the best avenue to use. Using the standalone converter, I get the aforementioned error "The source parameters are invalid" when I try to convert the backup. I'm getting NOWHERE very FAST with all three of these. Somehow restore from the actual boot disk, which I have inserted into my host as a secondary disk.

Boot from my ghost restore disk and restore from that.T09:40:02.255-05:00 parameter> ThirdPartyHostedFilter ( microsoftVirtualPCVMMicrosoft Virtual PC (*.vmc)parallelsVMParallels Virtualization Products Image (*.pvs)livestateBackupSymantec LiveState Recovery Image (*.sv2i)shadowProtectBackupStorageCraft ShadowStor Image (*.spf)acronisBackupAcronis True Image Backup (*.tib)vmwareVCBBackupVMware Consolidated Backup (*.vmx) )Ĭontinuum, booting and restoring from ghost backup isn't working either.
